General rule
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a paid period or trial charge has begun, except where required by law or where ChatIn determines that a refund is appropriate.
How to request a refund
Contact support@chatin.co with the email used for the purchase, the payment date, and a short description of the issue. We may request additional details to identify the transaction.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or charged after cancellation, contact support so we can review the provider records.
Provider handling
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Provider processing times can vary and are outside ChatIn control.
